So, i only read this book because i want to try to read every book on this site lmao that being said once i was finally able to find where to get my hands on this book (i have audible but i guess finally finding this book made it not as bad, still highly priced though) and read it. Too bad i feel like i have read this book before, i haven't but this was just super generic. I noticed it is a series as well, I would recommend this series and book but i would not read more of the series nor this book again.
I found a lot of things in this book i did really like but the last few chapters made me super annoyed and just like "ugh this ALWAYS happens!" kind of feelings. I can think of several series off the top of my head that are so similar its not even funny, they all have their own characters and their own idea of magic in the book but ugh. So over the whole " sheltered special girl with magic gets thrown into royal life, Forbidden love sealed with the cliché kiss, back stabber to friend and top it all off with running away. Some people like it, i did not.
