I have heard quite a lot about the book The Belles. I have seen it being promoted heavily on Twitter and other social media. Today was the first time I had an opportunity to read a sample. Bookishfirst.com provided the first two chapters as a sample. I was hooked after just the first chapter. The second chapter just moved this book as a priority to get my hands on.
The world building seems very strong. It is also rather relevant to our own world a time. A place where only the wealthy can afford to be beautiful and where that beauty is everything. It is the currency that gets one into the right social class. It really seems like a fantastic book. I am really looking forward to reading the story of The Belles.
