Details written so well, it'll send you over the edge

"The Belles" is a wonderfully written story of a young woman and big dreams. The details were written so well, I felt as if I was a part of the story. And that was only the first chapter. From a Belle's point-of-view, the scene was vividly displayed and characters flowed smoothly as though the reader was glancing out of the carriage themselves. Colorful characters and a gorgeous setting to hook the reader. With scenes and backstories so expertly crafted, I am blown away by how amazing the plot is and the strife and struggles the girls go through in order to become the "favorite" Belle of the Queen and the rest of the community. Beauty is held to a high standard, as stated to be one of the many driving forces of this novel, but the story focuses on one individual and the world by how she sees it.
