I've been hearing a lot of buzz about this one and was excited to get a chance to sample a bit of it. The cover fits nicely with 'girl in dress on YA cover' trend while standing out with a beautiful protagonist of color. I look forward to seeing its commentary on beauty and how the magic of the world functions.
