The cover of The Belles made me want to read the synopsis of the book, as the art is eye catching. This dystopian fantasy fits in well with the YA fantasy genre, with its emphasis on a strong and powerful teenage girl who wants to change her world for the better. Although the short sneak peek does not tell me all that much about Camellia or the other Belles, I am definitely curious to find out more about her world and its people. I will be looking for this book upon release date, as The Belles makes a very good first impression.
