The over-explaining of how colorful and beautiful everything is at the start of this had my mind wandering almost immediately. A few descriptive words help me as a reader set the scene, too many and I fall right out of my imagination and into a rigid box. The concept seems creative, but the writing style tells me I may struggle with this one.
