My first impression of this gem was simply that; this was a beautifully crafted, resplendently dazzling beginning to a book that will for sure glitter and gleam with intrigue, diverse and multi-faceted characters, and a wonderful theme of the power of outer beauty, and what life would be like in a futuristic setting where only a select few could hone the craft of bestowing such a desired gift. This book seems to carry a powerful message to contemporary audiences, I would be honored to read a early copy and write a review.
