After reading and enjoying The Lavender House, I couldn’t wait to catch up with Andy. I really enjoyed getting more of a backstory when it came to Andy and especially his past ties in the Navy as well.
The mystery aspect of the story definitely took me my surprise with twists and turns! I legit gasped at one point while reading. Also the person who I thought was behind it all was actually innocent and that was very refreshing. As always I love the theme of found family, community and a sense of belonging. I can’t wait for the next book in this series!
