I really enjoyed LAVENDER HOUSE so I was thrilled when I saw THE BELL IN THE FOG pop up here. I love the writing style and how the plot is crafted in a way that has a film noir feel. The characters are interesting. Overall, I feel engaged right from the beginning. I'm not a huge fan of the cover though but that may be because I loved the cover of LAVENDER HOUSE and I'm having a hard time not comparing the two. I'm very excited to read this one!
