I love a good detective story, and one that is also a historical fiction is an added benefit. I'm really intrigued to see how the detective's sexuality plays into the story, as that would bring a whole new dynamic to the story, especially in the 1950s. I'm also really interested in how sexuality in the Navy is handled, as that has certainly been problematic over time. Overall this sounds very unique with some great angles!
