Some of the characters from the Lavender Hotel have returned. Life in the gay world has gotten a little better. It is 1959 now. The rules have gotten a little looser. However, it is still very dangerous to be gay. Careers can be destroyed if someone is outed. Blackmail abounds. Our favorite lavender ex-cop, now PI, is on the trail of a blackmailer.
