Okay, as my title reads I didn't know that this book is part of a series following Detective Evander “Andy” Mills.
As this is a second book in a series, there are mentions of references in the first few pages that I look forward in the rest of the book or it may be from the first installment.
I was intrigued about Andy Mills starting a new life and what made him decide to restart.
I look forward to the detective's adventure in 1952 San Francisco and how Andy will unveil the true story behind the case.
