I am really into this. I loved Ahdieh's first duology of The Wrath and the Dawn and The Rose and the Dagger.
I think this is going to be as good, if not better than The Wrath and the Dawn

The first line immediately piqued my interest Well, the pitch interested
The setting is superb from what I have read
The characters are so so cool!
The writing style is beautiful as usual
The plot seems like an interesting idea.
This might be my most hyped release of the year.
I can't wait to explore New Orleans with Vampires. It's a very spooky sounding book. It seems like a perfect autumn read.
