Ok first and foremost... a total fangirl moment!! I own signed copies of the wrath and the dawn series and this would go perfectly on my bookshelves with those!!!! Especially with that gorgeous cover....please pick meeeee.

Secondly, this synopsis is giving me a little bit of Caraval vibes, as well as a tiny bit of Twilight/ True Blood thrown in which I loved all of these. Also, a little bit of a bad- boy love interest and a thriller! How many amazing things can all be rolled into one novel? With this queen of fantasy you never know what to expect, but I’m sure it’ll be a masterpiece!
Who would not want to read this book? I know I don’t have much of a chance due to the popularity of Renee’s works but man-oh-man I’d be honored to read & review!
