Renee is literally my favorite author of all time. I have literally devoured all of her books and this short sneak peek is no different. In the short amount of time I've read her works, she had inspired a whole new writing style for me and solidified my go-to type of lead character. I love the main leads who are always equal parts impulsive but smart, scheming but honest, heartfelt but strong. Renee is an author who brings out all the stops, letting you sympathize even with the enemies.
