I need to read this book!
In full disclosure, I tend to avoid the recent trend of vampire books. Most have become formulaic, relying on sex to push the story, and offering little else. So I avoid them. But this book's cover demanded attention. And then I read the blurb, which intrigued me. And then the First Impression totally captivated me. The writing gives us atmosphere and emotion and mood and depth. I'm hopelessly hooked!
