I was willing to give this one a chance even though it’s a genre I don’t care to read generally, but it just did not hold my interest the more I read. The characters did not appeal to me or the plot. The author does do a good job with description, as far as the reader being able to picture the setting and characters. I can see where readers of fantasy , vampires, etc. might find this intriguing. It’s just not my type.
