Feminist (kind of?) Regency Romance

Sometimes you just need a guilty pleasure read, and this is a good one. This is a little bit more of a feminist regency romance, well, as feminist as you can get for that time period. The main female protagonist, Astrid, is an outspoken woman who is quick to stand up for herself and the people she loves. The love interest, Thane, starts out as a bear and definitely makes a lot of stupid man decisions, but he does respect Astrid and tries to put her interests above his own.

There are definitely some spicy scenes in this one, but they are at least tasteful. Plenty of drama because you can have a regency romance without that! Overall it's a really fun read and I highly recommend it if you are a regular historical romance reader.
