I love strong female leads, but I found myself feeling so bad for Astrid. All she wants to do is protect her little sister but she doesn’t have any real power in her patriarchal society. She is willing to sacrifice herself for her sister’s best interests. This seems like a quick and fun read (hopefully with some steamy parts mixed in).
