I have to admit, I was concerned about where this story was going to go when we were introduced to Edmund, but it looks like I don't have anything serious to worry about. Except for the fact that I need this book now!
Astrid definitely leaves her mark on the reader as a fiery and untameable woman in a society where she is considered undesirable and tainted (such were the olden days). But her love for her sister leads her to make a life-changing decision. I am definitely looking forward to meeting Mr. Beast and experiencing a dynamic romance!
I can't say I'm a huge fan of the cover, but that's only because I'm not the biggest fan of people on covers.
