I really liked this book. It is long, but it held my interest. I couldn’t put it down and it kept me guessing the whole way through. It’s both a mystery and a bit of a love story. The characters are likable and interesting. I enjoyed the relationship between Jamie, her daughter, and her sister. I also liked the way the story was told from the points of view of several characters.
The book is well-written and has a nice flow. I like the way it pulls the past and present together, introducing several characters who potentially could be the attacker. I highly recommend this book. It’s perfect for reading at the beach or on your deck this summer! I am looking forward to reading other books by this author.
