Oh my gosh. This book drew me in immediately. A man being taken to his death but protecting his mother and sisters sets the baseline for this very intriguing story. Moving ahead to a Cardiac surgeon preparing to sell his Beirut home because a heart told him to do so allows us to start this story. Family ties across the globe still tether us. I cannot wait to read this book.
