I really like the story so far! The beginning was so suspenseful and captivating. It set a really intense mood that made me want to read on. Then the story transitions to a more low-key vibe, but the drama is still there. Ava's marriage is fragile, her dad wants to sell their family home but it seems like everyone else in the family is disagreeing, and most importantly her parents names were mentioned in the intro! I want to know how this relates back to the beginning and what else will happen in the story.
