I’m already so enthralled by this book. The writing is beautiful, and I love a good story about family growing pains. I like Ava’s character, she seems down to earth with a good head on her shoulders in a bit of an eccentric family. I’m most intrigued by her father Idris, a heart transplant surgeon. I hope there’s more about that in the following pages.
