The first thing that caught my attention was the cover art. I love the simplicity of the art and it gives a sense of the family drama that is to come with the people smoking outside the home. I am very interested on what the family dynamics will be between the Nasr family. I love a good family drama but one that also shows family love and family healing. This books sounds like it could be like that considering everyone may be grieving the death of the patriarch Idirs. I am curious on how the climate in Beirut will fuel or fan the fire of the family secrets. Really excited for the opportunity to read this one.
