A sweeping family story is always very welcome, and that's what I get so far from this book. I love that it gives readers the opportunity to dive into both culture and the connections in this family. The stunning cover doesn't hurt, either- I'd be tempted to pick this up just from that, but the bonus of a really compelling story seems like this is a must read.
