Thanks for the short first look!

I really like the brevity of this first look. Sometimes they are 40 or 50 pages long which is, in my opinion, too long! I think you can get the idea of a story and a writing style in 30 pages or less usually. Anyway, this story highlights the fact that museums had to move their collections during war times. It also seems to show how women were allowed to take jobs that are traditionally held by men during the war but then are expected to give them up as soon as the men return. (Rosie the Riveter) I like the main character so far and feel bad for her harsh upbringing. Looking forward to reading the rest.
