While the description of this book seems very intriguing, the preview didn't really give me quite enough to draw me in just yet. It seems like it might have a slow build-up to the exciting parts. I am curious to know more about Hetty and the relationship with her mother. And although she wasn't mentioned in the preview, I'm very curious to know more about Lucy just based on what I read about her in the book's description. Even though this preview didn't excite me all that much, I do feel like this book has potential so I'll definitely be adding it to my "want to read" list.
