I felt "The Animals at Lockwood Manor" started a little slow...the writing style, but I soon caught up with it. I am looking forward to the atmosphere of this book, something I picked up on when Hetty was describing the musem being closed up. I'm looking forward to getting to know Hetty better, getting into the Manor and meeting Lucy and the rest of the characters.
