Interested To See Where This Could Go

The cover art is beautiful and simple, and the reading is gripping from the first page. We learn a lot about the main character's interests and upbringing which highlights how much she has had to overcome up until this point in her life. I really like that the main character, who we only learn to be Miss Cartwright, is immediately painted as a strong woman for this time, who has received promotions and works a job she enjoys despite her gender. I want to see how she overcomes breaking the fossil and would certainly continue reading based off this excerpt.
