I loved that this first part showed that our main character is flawed and is an actual human being that I would be able to identify with. The first chapter has me interested in the story and had me smiling at the relatability of the main character. I'm curious about the animals moving and if it is a magical realism story or if someone is playing a prank on her. I would really like to know more.
