Yet again another fantastic, creepy thriller from Alex North!! This was fast paced, and constantly had my brain trying to think two steps ahead just like his two books prior.
I enjoyed the layout of the timeline of events, and that we discover glimpses of the past for some of the characters. I could relate to the bond our main character felt with her brother Chris, and found the details of her personal like to be very realistic.
The plot kept me guessing at every turn, and left me pleasantly surprised. There was a tiny bit of a sci-fi element with the momento of a serial killer, and I found that to be really intriguing.
I had the pleasure of listening to the advanced audiobook and the narrator was wonderful. Their intonation and phrasing keep me engaged and on the edge of my seat as I lost myself to the story. I highly recommend this story to all, and look forward to the next one!
