Going into this one I wasn’t too excited, but I was pleasantly surprised by most of what I read in the prologue. It wasn’t my usual genre but the writing flowed quite nicely and the characters seemed unique. However, it quickly turned too gory for me. I can appreciate the writing but this one is just too intense for me.
