Squeels of joy!!
I really dig North's books in general. My first impression is three fold with this one... From page one the tone of the book feels different from his other 2, it's got that sitting around a campfire feel. Secondly, I wondered if this story would be linked in any way to the others. Finally, that if I had possession of the full book right then than I would have finished it. The book is snappy, fast paced, and I am so intrigued! Like okay Chris didn't die from his attack, but then he attacks someone years later?? How is this related? Is it some sort of curse, some evil chain letter carved out of skin! Dang it need to know!!!
