This is the first book on BookishFirst I’ve seen in months that’s really grabbed my attention. I love the cover, the title makes me so curious, and the writing drew me in instantly. I loved the prologue cliffhanger and the first chapter taking place years later. So happy to finally have some adult lit to choose from again!
