The cover immediately catches your eye - instantly intrigued. I love a book that mixes real world horror (i.e. serial killer/thriller) with the idea of supernatural or metaphysical things. Alex North did this with the lucid dreaming in The Shadows and is tackling it again in The Angel Maker with the idea of fate/knowing the future ... and I'm here for it.
