This book is full of fascinating, sharply written details. The protagonist is likeable, stuck in somewhat of a hum drum life, with an admittedly fabulous family, but she wants something more out of life during the day. Is she making something out of nothing with the overly watchful lunch member that she eats with every week? She would know, being a former FBI counter terrorism task force member. What she doesn't know is if he deserves the level of scrutiny she's giving him, or if she's just bored. This book is already humorous, and informative, out of the gate, and I can't wait to read more.
