I have a problem with the new stuff called poetry. It isn't. I don't care if somebody who writes in this style gets called the Poet Laureate, it isn't what I was taught way back when I was in school. Poem rhyme and have consistent rhythm and demand you read them out loud. This stuff, this "free verse", is just fancy shaped prose.
