Though I am not a fan of verse writing, Sync does tell a story in a lyrical fashion. This character portrait features siblings, separated in the foster care system, trying to reach out through words to their twin. The cover art is striking and would make me want to check the book out from the library. Sync will have an audience with the teen set and sends a powerful message.
