This book sounds like it will be meaningful and emotionally compelling, so it’s right up my alley there. The fact that it’s written in verse, though - this kind of bugs me. It’s just a story in which someone hit return in the middle of various lines. There isn’t any poetic rhythm to it at all so I don’t understand the point in writing it in verse. I’d still be interested in checking it out, though.
