The book is easy to get into, but the tone it takes kind of pushes me out of the story. I can't connect to the characters. A lot of YA recently have had undertones that are negative and just don't sit right with me...this is one of them. I know I would have no problem flying through this book, but I don't think I would enjoy it. As it is, I'm not that interested in it. It might end up being a really decent story, just not one for me.
