I wasn't impressed with the cover and would probably pass on the novel just on that basis. The story unfolds similarly to that of Griffin and Sabine -- letters to each other. At first I didn't care for the style in Sync, but after a few chapters/letters, the novel did grow on me. However, and it's probably just me, but I'm not particularly fond of LGBTQ stuff and this novel just had TMI in one of the "letters."
