Switch by A.S King is a book that takes place on June 23, 2020. The story follows a girl named Truda and her quest to restart time. In the book we are exposed to her relationship with school as well as her complicated relationship with her family. More specifically her father. All of the characters are well written and the story was pretty easy to follow. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick read.
The format of the book was interesting to say the least. It is broken up into 3 large parts. There are no chapters but each part is broken up into small sections to make a kind of diary. With all of that said it has no really effect on the story that is trying to be told. If you ever read the city of ember and enjoyed it then this is the book for you. I enjoyed making theories about what happens if she flips the switch and finding out what happens is extremely satisfying.
