This story is nothing if not it’s own unique tale. Time has apparently stopped, and nobody knows why. The teenagers of the world have been tasked with figuring out how to turn time back on. In the mean time, society is pretending that everything has gone back to normal.

This feels like a pretty “out there” sci -fi story. It takes place on present time but feels strongly like the future and the writing style is interesting, to say the least. Reading it felt vaguely like Clockwork Orange, minus the made up language. Overall, I don’t think this book is for me. While I deeply want to know what the switch is and how the boxes came to be and all that jazz, I feel zero interest in actually doing the reading.
