There is a lot to explore in this book - the sample is fairly extensive, yet it leaves us just wanting to delver further in, because it doesn't just lay everything out there for readers to immediately understand. It seems like there will be a lot of tension between the mysteries of the setting and the emotions of the characters - something we cannot understand and something we can - and I'm looking forward to seeing how they interact.
