I really wanted to like "Switch" by A.S. King. The concept is timely, as is intended, and it was quirky enough I thought "alright I'm in". But the novel is trying to do too many things and push too many norms to make it readable or enjoyable. It's not to say others might not enjoy it. It just isn't for me.
