I love love love the synopsis of Switch and would love to read the story. However the inability of the author to go more than a few paragraphs without utilizing a backslash where a comma or the word "and" would work is maddeningly distracting.
I get that what the author is going for is edgy or different, but I just can't handle that stylistic choice.
