It's appropriate that the first paragraph of this book says "You are probably confused." Because that is how I typically feel every time I read an AS King book. Fortunately, despite the description saying this is a 2020-2021 set book, it doesn't seem, at least overtly, to be a pandemic book because I'm definitely not ready for that. Where exactly this story is going, though, is definitely yet to be seen.
