From the start, there is seemingly not a ton that happens right off the bat. For example, the first chapter deals with a school dance and other than dialogue/discussions with a "sort of" friend, nothing really happens. However, it seems like this is one of those stories where the power will be found in dialogue and characters. The story seems well written and I am anxious to know what happens.
