I thought the cover was pretty. I also quite liked the author’s narration techniques; the fade of cinematic descriptions into the perspective of the characters. I also think there is a constant foreshadowing which made me interested and drawn to the excerpt. I just hope there would be more focus on the characters narration later on rather than an overwhelming focus on the environment which is understandable in the beginning.
